ZipGyesan has no sign-up process and does not request or collect information that directly identifies an individual, such as name, contact, or account number. Values you enter into the calculators — home price, deposit, income, loan amount, and so on — are used only within your browser, disappear automatically, and are not sent to or stored on the operator's server.

However, the following information may be automatically generated and collected while you use the website.

• Access IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and visit time
• Pages visited, the previous page (referrer), and device information
• Anonymous identifiers via cookies and similar technologies

2. Use of cookies

ZipGyesan may use cookies to provide the service and display ads. A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser to remember visit history and settings.
